1. Who we are
My Analysis AI ("we", "us") is operated by My Analysis AI. These terms govern your access to and use of the My Analysis AI website, applications and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. What the Service is
The Service provides financial information, market data retrieved from third-party providers, analytical tools, model-generated valuations and AI-written explanations. It is provided for informational and educational purposes.
The Service is not investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or other financial instrument. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or financial planner, and we do not consider your personal circumstances.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute market data or content from the Service;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls or security measures, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• use the Service to break any law or third-party right, including data providers' licence terms;
• introduce malware or interfere with the Service's operation;
• misrepresent My Analysis AI output as personalised advice or as our endorsement.
5. Third-party data
Market data, filings and other content are supplied by third parties and remain their property. They are licensed to us, may be delayed, and may contain errors or omissions. Their use is subject to the providers' terms, which may restrict redistribution. See the Data provider disclosure.
6. Models, assumptions and AI
Valuations depend on assumptions, model choices and the underlying data. Different reasonable assumptions produce different results. AI-written text interprets data; it can be incomplete or wrong, and it is labelled as AI analysis. You must verify important information independently before relying on it.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the watchlists, portfolios, notes and valuation inputs you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them to provide the Service to you.
8. Fees
The Service is currently free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase and will form part of these terms. No charge will be made without your explicit agreement.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, data sources or the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service or other users.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
